i think you should fade your voice and the announcement of Walter Krankheit together. Don't know how you feel about quiet background music? in the beginning? Might want to zoom/crop in on CNN and other news casters so that the scrolls at the bottom aren't distracting. Maybe pan images while talking, especially during 2:50-3:20. Definitely have a good story going though:)
Big improvement here with the storyline. I agree with Brin on the zooming, and you may not need music throughout. You need to contextualize the speakers more - and maybe even contextualize yourself a bit - maybe put yourself in the video somehow.
